You simply tell us when, where, and how often. Then sit back and enjoy the results.
If you already work with musicians or have someone managing booking, we offer a streamlined, professional alternative. We’ll take the coordination off your plate and replace it with a polished system—no headaches, no back-and-forth, no last-minute scrambles.
We believe that live music is essential to humanity—it creates peace, joy, and a sense of vitality. It’s not just entertainment; it’s ambiance, it’s energy, it’s presence.
When curated with intention, the right music uplifts a space and turns guests into fans—and we make that happen without adding to your workload.
Paul Peglar
Founder | Curator | Booking Director
Paul Peglar is a uniquely positioned force in live entertainment — an accomplished performer and music director with over two decades of experience onstage, and a trusted curator and producer who brings polish, professionalism, and artistry to every booking. As the founder of Little Flower Artists, Paul bridges the gap between the creative and corporate worlds, delivering live music experiences that are both meaningful and seamlessly executed.
Paul’s career spans national and international stages, from vocal directing for premier institutions like Steps on Broadway in NYC to performing on screen in hit television shows like Glee. He has collaborated with Fortune 500 companies, luxury venues, universities, and elite arts programs across the U.S. and Europe. He co-leads Penny, a workshop-based arts and leadership company with his partner Jenny DiNoia (Broadway’s Wicked), and has worked with brands such as Tiffany & Co., Harvard Westlake, and The American School in Switzerland.
With one foot in the artist’s shoes and the other firmly planted in business, Paul is an exceptional liaison between venue and performer, working with clarity, timeliness, and ease. His leadership ensures both clients and artists feel taken care of, heard, and aligned in every step of the process.
Whether curating ambient jazz for a hotel lobby, live pop vocals for a product launch, or a recurring program for a retail plaza or fine dining space, Paul brings heart, taste, and strategy to every performance. His mission with Little Flower Artists is simple: to make live music effortless, elegant, and transformative — for everyone involved.
Howard Kirsch
Partner | Realtor
Having lived in the Park Slope area since 1983, Howard has seen many of the wonderful residential changes throughout the neighborhood that have made it one of the most desirable places to live in NYC. Now, he has joined forces with his wife, Jill Kirsch, an attorney by training and a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of title insurance experience. Together, they bring current and future residents a combination of a service business spirit with a comprehensive knowledge base to assist them in smoothly navigating the selling or buying of a home.
For the past 15 years, his company has provided cash services to nearly 100 large luxury residential buildings primarily in the New York City marketplace. Working with property managers, architects, and developers, Howard has acquired a significant sales and negotiation skill set and insights into what residents expect from services offered to them. Additionally, he has enjoyed a perspective on how to deliver those services through the lens of ownership's requirements.
Howard grew up with construction and real estate discussions around the family dinner table. He was the third generation to join the family business of structural steel and miscellaneous steel fabrication and erection. Through his work in construction, Howard has a special appreciation for architectural design and construction. A legacy to his family's business can be found at the structural steel entrance canopy of the Millennium Hotel across from the WTC.

I enjoyed the music and performances so much that I have continued coming, along with several other friends and music lovers, almost every Tuesday (and now some Thursdays) to listen to other great musicians. I feel very fortunate to be able to enjoy some wonderful music by very talented musicians in this pleasant and comfortable setting.
