Little Flower Artists was founded on the belief that music has the power to shape how people feel in a space.
We work with property owners, developers, and brands to create live music experiences that are not only high-quality, but intentional—aligned with the energy, flow, and purpose of each environment.
Our roster is made up of exceptional musicians who understand how to read a room, adapt in real time, and contribute to something larger than a performance. The result is simple: spaces that feel alive, human, and worth returning to.

Paul Peglar is a uniquely positioned force in live entertainment — an accomplished performer and music director with over two decades of experience onstage, and a trusted producer who brings polish, professionalism, and artistry to every engagement. As the founder of Little Flower Artists, Paul bridges the gap between the creative and corporate cultures, delivering live music experiences that are both meaningful and seamlessly executed.
Paul’s career spans national and international stages, from vocal directing for premier institutions like Steps on Broadway and Motown Museum to performing on screen in hit television shows like Glee. He has collaborated with Fortune 500 companies, 501(c)3 arts nonprofits, luxury venues, universities, and elite arts programs across the U.S. and Europe. Together with his partner Jenny DiNoia (Broadway’s Wicked) he co-leads Penny, a theatre arts and leadership company that has worked with institutions such as Tiffany & Co., The American School in Switzerland, and Fly Communications in Italy.
With one foot in the artist’s shoes and the other firmly planted in business, Paul serves as a clear and steady liaison between venue and performer, working with clarity, timeliness, and ease. His leadership ensures both clients and artists feel supported, heard, and aligned at every step of the process.
Whether curating ambient jazz for a hotel lobby, pop vocals for a product launch, or a recurring program for a retail plaza or fine dining space, Paul brings heart, taste, and strategy to every performance. His mission with Little Flower Artists is simple: to make live music effortless, elegant, and transformative — for everyone involved.
